            This introductory course work has been designed and written with an emphasis on Florida, Texas and Utah law and procedure.  This is because the author and a majority of the instructors reside in the above mentioned states.  Although reference is made to the law and practice of other states and to federal law, it is intended solely that this coursework should focus on the general needs and interests of the wide scope of students which attend Rio Verde University.
