Rio Verde University becomes a member of the
Mountain Plains Library Association on January 2, 2007
 

 
  Rio Verde University is an associate member of the Utah Library Association, the American Theological Library Association, RVU also participates with several interlibrary loan and cyber-library programs. RVU is also a member of the American Indian Library Association, The Association of Jewish Libraries, the International Theological Library Association, and is an individual member through Rabbi Dr. Moishe Cordoba with the Church and Synagogue Library Association. Between facilities in Columbus, New Mexico; Juarez, Mexico; and Springville-Provo, Utah, RVU has a hard book count of in excess of 25,000 volumes. In addition RVU provides internet access to virtual libraries and works with other educational and governmental library systems as its students need and require.

Document Delivery Options
 

 
  The RVU Library staff recommends that students start research assignments early. In order for Interlibrary Loan program to be effective, time is essential. Materials are obtained from libraries outside the RVU system. If the need should arise, and a patron is willing to pay for the immediate retrieval of articles, services exist that fill such needs for a fee. The library recommends the following service providers:

On-line articles available from 4,500 journals in all fields and abstracts from 20,000 journals. Free access to an exhaustive bibliography. The most comprehensive collection of academic and professional publications anywhere.

Infotrieve
Document delivery service of this chargeable Database is available at Central Library, Center of Academic Resources, Chulalongkorn University.

Document delivery services are commercial libraries of journal articles for quick delivery via fax machine. Their databases, to which you can connect from the links above, contain tables of contents from various journals. Using your credit card, you can order articles online and have them sent, usually within 24 hours, to any fax machine you identify.
